1996 – Yuhe Poultry Co., Ltd founded by Mr. Zhentao Gao with capital investment of RMB70,000 with 3,000 sets of parent breeders
1998 – Introduced one breeder farm and one temporary hatchery with 10,000 sets of parent breeders with an annual capacity of one million day-old broilers
1999 – Established a second breeder farm with 55,000 sets of parent breeders
1999 – Began construction of the first hatchery farm which was completed in 2004 with an annual capacity of 40,000,000 day-old broilers
2000 – Added another breeder farm with an additional 75,000 sets of parent breeders; total parent breeders reached 130,000 sets
2001 – A fourth breeder farm was added with an additional 120,000 sets of parent breeders; total parent breeders reached 250,000 sets
2002-2003 – Added the fifth and sixth breeder farms with an additional 200,000 sets of parent breeders; the number of parent breeders reached 450,000 sets
2004 – Added another two additional breeder farms with a capacity of 320,000 sets of parent breeders; total number of parent breeders was 770,000 sets
2004 – Established the first hatchery farm with an annual capacity of 40,000,000 day-old broilers
2005 – Number 9 breeder farm was constructed with an additional 150,000 sets of parent breeders; total number of parent breeders was 920,000 sets
2005 – Phase I of the second hatchery farm was completed with an annual capacity of 60,000,000 day-old broilers
2007 – Began to prepare for listing as a US public company
March, 2008 – Became a public listed company on the OTCBB through a share exchange agreement with First Growth Investors, Inc., the company was thereafter renamed Yuhe International Inc.
2008 – Added two breeder farms with a capacity of 100,000 and 120,000 sets parent breeders respectively; acquired two standard breeder farms with a capacity of 100,000 sets parent breeders
2008 – PhaseⅡof the second hatchery farm begins construction and to be completed in 2009, with an additional capacity of 60,000,000 day-old broilers, brining total capacity up to 160,000,000 broilers
